We are looking for invigilators in Weymouth, Dorchester and Bridport to support our busy exams office.

Invigilator Job and Person Specification

The purpose of the role is to provide invigilation and administrative support functions relating to the day to day operation and conduct of public examinations.

The postholder will work in conjunction with the Exams Officer to ensure that examinations at all centres are conducted in compliance with the appropriate awarding body and Service requirements and regulations.

The postholder is responsible for the integrity of data related to the function and will be a central point of contact within the function ensuring the provision of a high quality service. 

The role holder will be required to respond to a range of queries and issues raised by candidates, within the remit of the post.

Some matters may require support, tact, persuasion and sensitivity, within the application of operational guidelines. 

The agreed hours must suit service need and may include some Saturday and evening work.
