To extend the reach of our service we work closely with a number of organisations, who provide training and support for local people.


Abilities
 –

Abilities is an established training provider with over 20 years experience in helping people back into employment. A non-profit making charity, Abilities works closely with the local community and businesses to help and support people back into work.

Initially Abilities was set up to help people with disabilities re-train and find sustainable employment but has since expanded to work with the long term unemployed, young people and lone parents amongst others.

Abilities is working with Skills & Learning to offer BTEC training in IT User Skills, Business Admin and Customer Service, as well as Traineeships  for 16-24 year-olds and Apprenticeships for 19-24 year-olds.
