We understand that finding time for training is sometimes difficult, especially when you/your staff work shifts or have caring responsibilities. We have a range of qualifications which are supported by workbooks or online learning modules which can be studied in your own time.
You will be provided with online or paper based learning materials and guidance on how to use these. You will be allocated an e-tutor who will support you through the qualification. You will complete reading, activities and assessments online. You will have assistance from your e-tutor who will; give you feedback on your work, help you if you are struggling and let you know when you have achieved learning outcomes.
This is a great way to study for anyone who; is unable to commit to attending taught courses, has irregular working hours, caring responsibilities or other responsibilities that mean flexibility is needed. These qualifications are useful for job seekers, career changers, and those looking for promotion or to refresh knowledge.
You should aim to complete your course within 6-9 months. Have a look here to see the range of distance learning courses we are able to offer. To enrol onto our distance learning courses you will need to read the relevant course information sheet below and then follow the application process.
