This fantastic programme of highly subsidised courses are developed for the over 60s with priority given to those who are living alone.

Come along and develop a new interest, begin a new hobby and make new friends. These courses are very popular so early booking is recommended.

This innovative programme of courses has been specially developed to provide support for people with mild to moderate anxiety and/or depression.
