Living Well PLUS
Thank you to everyone who took part in our 2 year research project. The project has now come to an end, once we have received the results of the data you have helped us to collect we will share them with you. Please keep visiting our webpage for updates.
Although the research element has come to an end it does not mean the end to our wellbeing courses!
We are continuing with our Living Well PLUS courses. These courses are open to anyone who may be experiencing mild to moderate low mood, anxiety or depression and who would like to learn something new and meet new people in an informal, supportive environment. You don’t need to be referred, you can simply contact us and enrol.
There are no restrictions on how many courses you can enrol on or where you attend them.
If you are new to our Living Well courses or you took part in the first year of the research project (between August 2015 – July 2016) and have not attended a course or workshop since, we would like to invite you to come in for an informal discussion with one of our wellbeing advisers.
